Clean 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom house located one mile off Hwy 287 and not even .5 mile from the grocery store. Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. This house is ready for the whole family with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen to help you with your homemade dinner, as well as a propane grill to cook those steaks to perfection. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

if you are traveling with pets, please contact us for pet approval We will charge an additional pet fee as well as a damage deposit that will be refunded after cleaning, depending on pet damages/accidents in the house.
